These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at prestigeeventdealers.com ("Site") and the entertainment prop hire services ("Services") provided by Prestige Event Dealers, a business registered in the Province of Manitoba, Canada, with its principal place of business at 100 Malmsbury Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2N 2V1, Canada (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "the Company").
By accessing the Site or placing a booking for any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.
Prestige Event Dealers provides casino-themed entertainment prop hire and event styling services strictly for entertainment purposes. Our Services include the rental, delivery, setup, and collection of gaming-style furniture and props including poker tables, roulette wheels, blackjack tables, craps tables, and associated accessories.
Important: All activities facilitated by our Services are entertainment only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost at any event we service. Fun-play chips and tokens provided by us have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes of monetary value, or any other form of legal tender. Our Services do not constitute gambling under the Criminal Code of Canada or any provincial gaming legislation.
Our Services are intended solely for individuals and organisations who are aged 18 or over. By booking our Services or accessing this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who cannot confirm their age upon request.
All bookings begin with a written enquiry submitted via our contact form or by email to info@prestigeeventdealers.com. We will respond with a written quote within one business day. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a signed Service Agreement and receipt of the required deposit (30% of the total quoted fee). We do not hold dates on the basis of verbal or informal electronic communications alone.
Changes to confirmed bookings (including date changes, table configuration changes, or additions) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and our written confirmation. Additional charges may apply for upgrades or extensions.
All quoted prices are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to all invoices at the applicable rate. Payment methods accepted include e-transfer, certified cheque, and credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
A deposit of 30% of the total invoice value is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is invoiced 7 days before the event date and is due in full no later than 48 hours prior to the event unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Our equipment is provided in excellent condition. The client accepts liability for any damage to or loss of our equipment that occurs during the event or while in the client's custody, beyond fair wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the client at market rate. We carry our own general liability insurance — clients with specific requirements should contact us to discuss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Event Dealers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our Services. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for any cancellation or curtailment of Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, natural disaster, or government-mandated restrictions.
All content on this Site, including text, images, design, layout, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Prestige Event Dealers or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written consent.
This Site is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
